Worker's Capital was founded in 2008 by Samuel Kafrissen, a personal injury attorney. Sam had seen his clients charged unreasonable amounts of money by unscrupulous funding companies. As a result, he created Worker's Capital to provide those in need with a legitimate, affordable option as they waited for their cases to resolve.
