What is Plaintiff Funding?
How does it work? What do I need to know?
We understand how hard it is to live comfortably with an ongoing case. When you contact Worker's Capital, we will discuss your case with you and your lawyer, and start the advance process promptly.
When your case settles or is won, your attorney will repay Worker's Capital the amount due. However, an advance is not a loan. If your case is lost, you are under no obligation to pay back any amount to Worker's Capital.
